Site License Credit Card Ordering

To place an order with a school credit card,
please follow the steps below:

To Place Your Order

1. Print out the Site License Order form on this page and fill it out with the necessary information. Please note that credit card orders require a 3% credit card processing fee. Email, fax, or mail the form to Karen Ganzel using the contact information on the order form.
2. When Karen receives your order, she will send you an email verifying the total amount of the purchase and sending you a link to the payment page.
3. On that page, you'll click the Pay Now button and enter the total from the order form into the payment box. Then you'll follow the steps to complete the order with your credit card.

After You Order

1. After you pay, you'll receive a confirmation email from PayPal. Please save this as your receipt. Karen will automatically receive confirmation of your payment as well.
2. Karen will email the individual titles to you if your order is less than $300. If the order totals more than $300, she will send you a disk with all of the files.
