Why is a Site License needed?

Just like a print book, each Power Pack digital book is designed to be used by a single teacher in one classroom. A site license enables all the teachers in the school to use the materials.

What are the terms of the site license agreement? (PDF Version)

• Unlimited, lifetime copyright of the selected book(s) by all teachers for use with the students in that school - site license does not have to be renewed each year.
• Digital copy of each book provided by email link or CD to one contact person.
• Digital files may be installed on a shared network drive or on individual, stand-alone computers, but they may not be emailed to others. The files may be saved to a CD for archival purposes.
• Neither the digital files nor any hard copies of the files may be shared with other schools or districts.
• Site license documentation provided for each title purchased.

What pricing plans are available? (PDF Version)

The site license plans are based on the total school's population. A small school is considered to be one with fewer than 250 students, a medium school has between 250 and 500, and a large school has more than 500 students.

Ordering with a Check

• To order, complete the Site License Order Form. Circle the size of the school and each title that you wish to purchase. If you are sending a school check, you may add a 10% discount to the total. Send a check or money order with the order form to:

• Be sure to include your email address and a phone number for contact information.
• When your check is received and processed, the contact person will receive an email message with a link to download the purchased documents. A disc will also be sent to the address listed on the order form.
• Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt, or you can request a receipt if needed.

Ordering with a Purchase Order

• Schools or districts may order products with a Purchase Order. When ordering, please complete the Site License Order Form and send it with the PO. Do not include sales tax or shipping since these items are in digital download format.
• Administrators, Curriculum Coordinators, and other school leaders who would like a Preview Copy of any Power Pack may send an email request to Laura Candler (lauracandler@att.net). Please include your name, title, school name, phone number, and email address.
