How to Place Individual Orders

Information on this page explains how to order materials for an individual classroom. If you would like to learn about discounts for schools or when purchasing multiple copies of print books, please visit the Site Licenses & Discounts page.

Laura Candler's digital resources (Power Packs and Mini Packs) can be ordered in several ways. Click each link below to learn more.

• Online Ordering of Hard Copy Items - Purchasing with PayPal enables you to use a major credit card or your Paypal account. See complete instructions below.
• Online Ordering of Digital Items - Sales of digital items and ebooks will take place via my TeachersPayTeachers.com store. When you click a Buy Now button for any digital item on my site, you'll be taken to the corresponding sales page on TpT. You can add numerous items to your shopping cart on TpT before checking out.
• Check or Money Order Minimum $50 order. Ebooks will be sent by email when payment and order form are received.
• Purchase Order Minimum $100 order. Ebooks will be sent by email when purchase order is received.

Online Ordering with PayPal or a Credit Card

All items on this website can be ordered with a major credit card, and the secure payment processing takes place via PayPal. If you have any questions about how to purchase with a credit card, please watch this short video explanation.

 

Additional Information:

• All Power Packs and Mini Packs are digital downloads in PDF format. You will not be charged tax or shipping for these items.
• Purchasing with PayPal enables you to use a major credit card or your Paypal account. PayPal is the secure payment processing system, but you don't have to have a PayPal account to place an order. Begin by clicking the Buy Now buttons next to each item you want to purchase, and click the "Check out with PayPal" option when you are ready to pay. If you want to use a credit card instead of a PayPal account, look for the link that says, "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" Click that link to be taken to a page where you can enter your credit card information.
• After you complete your purchase, you'll receive an email with complete download instructions. This option is safe, secure, and easy. Save your confirmation email as a record of your purchase.
• Be sure to save your books onto your computer's hard drive and make a back-up copy in the event that you have computer problems.

Check or Money Order

• Print out the order form shown at right. Fill it out completely and be sure to include your email address and a phone number for contact information.
• North Carolina residents must add 6% for sales tax.
• Checks should be made out to Teaching Resources and mailed to Laura Candler (below) for processing.
• The minimum order for check or money order is $50.00. Online discounts are not available when purchasing by check or money order.
• Math and Literacy Mini Packs can only ordered as Combo Packs and not individually unless you pay with a credit card. Because the prices change as new items are added, you'll need to find the current price of each combo on the Mini Pack page.

• When your check is received and processed, you will receive an email with a link to download the purchased documents.
• Your cancelled check will serve as your receipt, or you can request a receipt if needed.

Purchase Orders

• Schools or districts may order products with a Purchase Order. When ordering, please complete the Order Form and send it or fax it with your order. Clearly print the contact name, email address and phone number on the form.
• North Carolina residents must add 6% sales tax.
• Minimum Purchase Order amount is $100.00. Online discounts may not be applied to Purchase Orders.

• Be sure to include an email address on the order form! When your Purchase Order is received, the document files will be emailed directly to the contact person listed on the form. Your school or district will be billed for those items.
• Please note that payments for purchase orders should be sent to Teaching Resources, 1552 Grassy Branch Drive, Fayetteville, NC, 28304.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

All items ordered through this site are digital items and will be delivered by email. Since there is no physical product, nothing will be shipped to your home or school. Be sure to include your email address on all orders so that your digital products can be emailed to you.

30-Day Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, let Laura know within 30 days and your full purchase price will be refunded to your credit card. Just send an email to orders@lauracandler.com and state why the item did not meet your needs. Within a few business days, you'll receive an email stating that the cost has been refunded to your card.

Privacy Policy

Teaching Resources is committed to maintaining your online privacy. The only personal information collected is information that you voluntarily submit for the purposes of purchasing a product or signing up for Candler's Classroom Connections. This information is never shared with 3rd parties.
